My biggest crowd pleasers were EdWorts Apfelwein, the Biermuncher's Centennial Blonde, and a Orange Honey Hefe:
5 lbs Pils
4 lbs Wheat Malt
1 lb Honey Malt
1/2 oz Mt Hood @ 60
Wyeast Weihenstephan (3068)
Mash at 150 for an hour
