I'm liking this even more as it ages a little bit. Both of my brothers have declared it their favorite beer I've made. I've probably gone through half of my supply already. I will be brewing this again soon on my new AG setup and will probably replace 2-row with Maris Otter.

Is there a good substitute for Melanoiden Malt? My LHBS does not carry this, and not sure I want to place an online order for .5lb of grain. Sorry if this has been addressed previously.

Pellets or whole leaf?

I'm planning on brewing this soon (as my first AG brew) and plan on using US-05 for yeast. What is a good temp to ferment at with this brew? I tried searching in the thread, but had no success.
