    brewpub business plan

I've been getting several emails lately asking for me to change the permissions to share it with others (I guessing it's that time of the semester again for many students). I've just double-checked and they should be able to see everything as long as you send whoever you're trying to share with...

    brewpub business plan

nice, what school will you be attending? and are you going for the full program, or just trying to get a few classes in or one of those condensed/2-year degrees? the reason i ask is because the restaurant industry is very competitive with small margins, and getting a degree is very...

    brewpub business plan

just finished my last semester of school :mug: as a business major i've had to write a few business plans throughout college, and my most recent --and best-- one was for a brewpub. I headed a team of 3 other students in a competition which had us develop these plans and then pitch them to a...

    ever make beer without hops?

the logo looks right but i thought that the can was purple or blue. also, it got much better reviews than i would have given it http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/13302/28751 maybe i'm confusing my beers here. anywho, my point was that you should keep the beer and drink it, but maybe...

    ever make beer without hops?

there's a cheap ale they sell at the corner store in my neighborhood which i'm almost positive has no hops in it. i think it tastes horrible, but mostly due to the malts just tasting bad, but some of my friends liked it.

    yeast nutrient/energiser

i've been reading up on it a bit wondering if it's something that i should be using. i brew a lot of partial mash beers and even more applewine/apfelwine and lately i've been considering some high-grav batches of each with champagne yeast. is yeast nutrient something i should use of every...

    Man, I love Apfelwein

no need to boil, just be sure everything is clean. make sure that your AJ concentrate has no preservatives. also, i'd recomend doing a batch at the same time with no brown sugar just to compare the results. trust me, you can never have too much of this stuff kicking around, and it has this...

    Man, I love Apfelwein

let it go longer before killing off the yeast. all my batches still had bubbling airlocks after 4 and sometimes even 5 weeks. i'd say 6 or 7 and you should be good, but i've always waited 8 to bottle just in case
