    Man, I love Apfelwein

    Hi all. I just got home from Frankfurt and had the Apfelwein with the carbonation. It was waterd down slightly but friggin delicious. I am going to try and make some, but my question is how to carbonate it. I am pretty sure in Germany they just add seltzer water to it before they serve it...
