Divorce and forgot about it until house sold. Got a keg system but decided to bottle before I thought about the yeast. Going to open one tonight as soon as it gets cold
I left a bass clone in primary for 16 months. Smells awesome but worried there is no yeast left to help carbonation when bottled. I bottled it a week ago. Thoughts?
Okay, forgot about a Bass Clone thats been in primary ferm since Sept. I haven't popped the lid yet. Is this going to be worth a damn to bottle or keg? Anyone know?
First time kegging and want to know at what pressure to I should use at altitude or does altitude matter. Currently at 12 psi and plan to leave it there for 2 weeks.
