    Fermenting stopped early?

    Thanks for the replys! Over the past few days I've let this warm up a bit and agitated the wort/beer a bit in the carboy and it seems to have a bit more activity in the air lock. I'll probably check the gravity again tonight and see how much it has changed. I may have to let this go for yet...

    Fermenting stopped early?

    I am new to brewing, have only brewed three batches so far. The first batch was a Honey Weizen that I just bottled last weekend. When I checked the gravity on it, it was right around 1.018 or so...just below the 1.020 mark. My OG was right around 1.048-1.050 which is where the kit said it...

    So this only has to ferment for 10 days and then it can be bottled/kegged?
