Go for two pumps! You will need to circulate the HLT water in some way to avoid cavatation. The second pump is the easiest way to achieve this by recirculating the HLT during mash.

Dude, your pot is way to clean. The inside should be black to have an oxidized layer. What are you cleaning with? Great hop bag setup. I think I will convert mine to hang the same

Do not use that rims tube!! I made a wood steamer out of PVC that was about 8 feet long and it bent like a banana with just a little steam.. I can only imagine what would happen with a heating element enclosed in it. Even as an experiment I dont think that is a safe idea. Liquid + electricity+...

I have been weighing my options as far as keggles ss pots or aluminum and decided on these.the inlet downside I see is that aluminum will be harder to clean but for the savings I don't mind spending a few more min...

These are pyrex so the should be fine to boil with but im not sure if i can use them on a electric stove.. I have heard some say they do it all the time and others that say they will break. At least it has a handle so i can quickly pull it off the head to avoid boil overs.
