    So brewing on my grainfather about 10 batches in. I brewed a stout hit my OG at 1.090 but after a week in the carboy and everything seem to slow down very little activity now I took a reading and my gravity is 1.028 I used white labs 007 pitched 2 packets did I use enough yeast to get this high...

    everything went great just wondering thoughts on recipe mashed at 148 for 75 minutes sparged at 170 (following directions) fermentation went good two weeks then I kegged it now it sets.     I thought there was plenty of room in this bucket I was wrong. brewed it yesterday started fermentation faster then others within hours looked at it this morning and this is what I find. Question is it worth trying to save and what should I do? Thanks

    Off flavor on my extract beers

    I think the problem is I got my Co2 tank from a friend that passed turns out it was filled in 2000. I saw some other post of others that had the same kinda flavor issue I'm going to look it to that as well thanks for all the comments I will give back a report
