I've updated the new recipe with all the ratios. We fall a bit outside the ideal ranges now, but I don't feel it is a deal breaker. As TexasWine mentioned you can use less of the 7th Generation and hit the numbers, but I'd rather just use the whole box and be done with it.

OXO seems like a great option! In addition to the carbonate/percarbonate it also contains metasillicate.

Yes. I use ~1 oz. per gallon of warm water. The 1 oz. scoop that comes with the Sun Oxygen Cleaner works great for this.

Yes! The products in my list are all scent free. If you buy regular OxiClean, or a different brand of dishwashing detergent then you will most likely be getting a scent addition, and different ratios of the necessary compounds.

Exactly! Just buy a 96 oz tub of Sun Oxygen Cleaner, a 4 lb bag of Red Devil TSP/90, and a 45 oz box of 7th Generation Dish-washing Detergent, and mix them together in a bucket. You can even use the scoop that comes with the Sun Oxygen Cleaner! I hope your brew-washer works well :)

Thank you! I had not noticed the difference in the Sodium Metasilicate types. This new spec sheet reflects a 47% reduction in the weight of the Sodium Metasilicate. The only ratio that moves outside of an acceptable range is Metasilicate to Surfactant, and it can be solved in the next batch by...
