It occurred to me as I was putting the labels on that I didn’t include the ABV…. It’s 10.2%.
The label was a bing AI image generator product - it’s either Dutch or gibberish - since I don’t speak Dutch I wasn’t sure - but I liked the look overall so I went with it.
Glad you enjoyed it.
I’m a day behind so just getting to the spiced stout. Pours a deep black / brown with a thick brown head. Get hints of cinnamon and lots of black licorice (assume from the star anise).
An enjoyable beer!
Enjoying @mjdonnelly68 ’s single tonight. Agree with the previous post, get the spices upfront along with a dark fruit (raisin) - love the color and carbonation is spot on.
I gotta say - with 4 of the 12 revealed at this point - I’m a bit nervous when mine comes up.
Cheers all!
Had the Junioer Rye Bock tonight. The rye really shines (like others that have posted I really like rye, in all forms). I get a dark berry or fruit flavor almost like raisins, I’m suspecting that’s the juniper berry. Really nice beer. Enjoying this a lot tonight.

The abbey had hints of lemon peel and a bit of saison like funk, which I really enjoyed. My son who is not a craft beer guy also enjoyed...
These beers were from my Son’s Wedding - k&H are the initials of the couple.
The beer should have a beer type checked on the side (if I labeled them correctly).
I did 5 different beers for the wedding - they were the only beers I had available to include as extras, as I spent most of the...
