So had the worst brew day I have ever had last night. Won't go into detail but have one important question. I brewed an IPA and threw in an oz of oak cubes in the primary (prior to pitching yeast). Problem is I forgot to sanitize the oak cubes. Is this an infection in the making?? Any input...
