    Thanks for nothing!

    I keep the hose near buy and lightly spray the the top when it crawls up. Knocks it back down quick. After the hot break I add my first hops and get ready to grab the hose again. No problems so far. Spray bottle work good too.

    Iam not really sure it can be classified as a starter. It was really some bottles I bottled the day before. The Red Ale I used Irish Moss and whirl pooled the wort after cooling then let it sit for 15 mins before racking into my carboy. The hops settled in the kettle a lot better.

    Its a Blonde Ale maybe more of Pale Ale so no it is nothing thick. It has a good taste and isnt sweet. Iam thinking Iam going to just bottle it this weekend and think of it as a good summer time beer. And take the lesson I learned and brew anther batch!

    bottle sanitation in oven?

    I wash and rinse mine really well. Then just prior to useing them I run them through a cycle in the dishwasher on heated dry. and NO SOAP.
