So I went out today to check on my hops, and there was ants crawling around in the soil. They were not on the hops, from what I could tell. Anybody had problems with this in the past?

I had an ant mound in mine as well and they turned out fine....I guess it might depend on the type of ants?

Thanks for the info. Guess ill let them be for now.
Hope they are not ranching aphids on your plants. They are like dairy cows and aphids are like the cows...
