Some mashing in.



Everything hooked up and ready to start recirculating



This thing tells me the temp of the wort about to be recirculated back into the mash whirlpool as it comes from the pump.

Or more accurately, you ferment in a corny without an airlock or blow-off??

Ferment in corny yes.

I had the posts on so i could clean it. I do attached a blow off hose and toss in some foam control because i am putting 5 gallon into the corny.
