Bitter, hints of caramel, toast, faint sweet aroma, fluffy off-white head
Ingredients:

6 lbs 2 Row
1 lbs Flaked Corn
1 lbs Flaked Barley (fluffy white head)
1 lbs Special Roast
1 lbs 60l Caramel

Mash at 149f for 60 minutes

1 tsp Irish Moss 15 min of boil

1 oz Simcoe pellets 12.7% 30 min of boil
1 oz Simcoe pellets 12.7% whirlpool at 150f

Used 2 packets of rehydrated Munton's standard yeast
63f in fermenting fridge, last week at room temp about 68f
