Cannot wait to try this recipe. I do not have a way to lager so this is perfect for me.

when i made my o'fest no hops after 15min. im lager mine till the end of sept. then bottle.

i used the slap yeast oktoberfest and it is still fermating after two weeks. I would try and use a lager yeast.

a little beer snob trivia:

Oktoberfest is a festival. (in September)

Marzen is the beer that is brewed in march and stored cold until September.
