I've borrowed a modified mini fridge w/ STC-1000 from a friend but it's pretty ugly and bulky so I need to give it back and do something myself. My granddad has a small chest freezer similar to the one here http://columbia.craigslist.org/app/4119665850.html that I can probably get for next to nothing.
Is a freezer appropriate to use for a fermentation chamber or should I try to find a fridge?
