Well, we've had an all time high number of site visits today, though nothing interested was posted. More people visited than I have friends. And I don't know anyone in Australia or Vietnam, so it seems I should post something now since, apparently, people are watching.
As you can see from yesterday's post, we've moved from a table on either side of the room to having both on one side. The garage door is mounted off center. Since I need this to be a functional garage as well as brewpub, I need to be sure the tables fold up and down without obstruction from the door tracks.
So, both on one side.
While driving for six hours today, I realized that I might have the framework in place for a brew system build if I can get my hands on a grinder to cut through an existing metal shelving unit. (Mic?)
We mounted one table a bit too high - one of those embarrassing things that I'd rather not think about. We'll correct that this weekend. How you fail when you measure 5x and cut/drill/screw 1x and still get it wrong, I'll never know. But...
Also this week I need to clean, prep, sanitize, and test the keggerator. It's been sitting for too long, and needs some love. The challenge will be finding some key pieces that are currently in an attic that is screwed shut due to faulty springs and hinges.
Go-go-gadget creativity.
Hopped blonde ale this weekend, anyone?
