Hey all. I pulled apart a soda machine from the 70's. I got a lot of fittings out of it, a neat radiator with fan and this cornie keg. The copper tubing was connected to the compressor, there are also 4 stainless coils around the keg that cooled the soda syrup. The keg itself would be filled with water and Co2 to make the soda water. The brown crap is some sort of thermal grease. I do have a lid for it and normal corny posts.

Unless you are going to use it with the copper around it, the effort cleaning it up may not be worth it. How about some pumps, some glycol, and temp control for 3 gallon temp controlled fermenting?

How is the tubing connected to the outside of the corny? The 3 gallon kegs have value. if the coils were continuous they could be made into some sort of herms but they look pretty nasty.
