I work for a big industrial brewer. Obviously, we have many quality checks throughout the process. What are some basic quality checks that home brewers should be performing? I'm guessing micro testing is a bit of a stretch for home brewing, but I'd like to develop a good quality routine at home. (ok maybe some home brewers do micro testing...if so, how and with what?)
