I want to buy one of these new Italian made ball lock kegs but I'm afraid it is hard to find replacement parts for Italian made kegs like poppets etc.

I have one of the Italian 15 gallon cornys, and the posts are standard Cornelius. Poppets should be pretty easy to find unless these are different. Call them and ask.
 
William's brewing has these for sale also, and they sure look identical to Cornelious kegs, including replaceable parts. All of the buyers have five stars and nothing but glowing reviews on them.
