Default New brewer here

Hey guys, and gals. I've just registered, and I thought I'd stop in and say Hi. I actually brewed my first batch over a year ago. Then life got in the way, and Tommorrow I'm starting on my second brew. The first was a pale ale, this one is a chocolate stout beer.

Well, welcome to the forums. . .this is a great community, and I'm sure if you have a question, someone will be able to answer it. . .I read 3 books on brewing before I started, and I can unequivocally state that I've learned more on here than in the books. The knowledge on here is real and practical. Good luck!!

Welcome to the board. Chocolate beers have a few tricks to them, so watch out. Post the recipe in the recipe forum and get some feedback a few days before you start.
