Guys,
I need to brew tonight or I won't be able to get to it until Monday night. Problem is, my kids have hockey and I won't get home from that until about 8PM.
Question is...I'm doing an All Grain pale ale. Can I mash the grains now, get all the wort in my kettle and then leave it sitting for 3-4 hours? That way I can just come back and boil, cool, pitch... and I won't be up all night. Will the wort be OK sitting like that?
Ron
