look what I got today

There were so many choices, but since im getting ready to do a belgian tripel, I was thinking of trying to get a starter out of this, it looked like a lot of sediment in there so I chilled it and its building up pretty good. Is this going to be good enough?

You have to build up a starter 10 -1.

Oh I wish, Just the bottle of white for me. This is in the town of Leavenworth Washington, its a Bavarian town in the cascade mountains.
