I'm experimenting with a recipe I adapted from the famous CENTENNIAL BLONDE ALE. Since I can't find Centennial Hops where I live I used Columbus as a alternative for my experimental mini batch.
Please let me know your opinion

0) Add 1.653 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US, 2.822 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine, 1.940 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L, 1.940 oz Vienna Malt, to the mash tun.
1) Bring 1.242 qt water to 180.896 F, 1.306 gal water to 173.330 F, for upcoming infusions.
2) Add 1.242 qt water at 180.896 F to mash to bring it to 154.400 F. Hold for 1.000 hr.
3) Add 1.306 gal water at 173.330 F to mash to bring it to 165.200 F. Hold for 15.000 min.
4) You should now have 1.347 gal wort. Add 0.000 tsp water to the kettle, bringing pre-boil volume to 1.347 gal.
5) Bring the wort to a boil and hold for 1.333 hr.
6) Put 0.035 oz Cascade into boil for 1.000 hr.
7) Put 0.071 oz Cascade into boil for 40.000 min.
8) Put 0.035 oz Cascade into boil for 30.000 min.
9) Put 0.071 oz Columbus/Tomahawk/Zeus into boil for 15.000 min.
10) You should have 1.189 gal wort post-boil.
You anticipate losing 0.000 tsp to trub and chiller loss.
The final volume in the primary is 1.189 gal.
11) Cool wort and pitch Safale S-04 Ale yeast, to the primary.
12) Let ferment until FG is 1.011.
13) Transfer beer to secondary.
