3 hours after I brewed co2 is coming out of the blow off tube. I rigged up a 3/4" tube to come directly out of my true blue bucket lid for a blowoff. It's air tight.
OG was 1.072. I did a 2 liter starter.
I placed this in my basement which is around 65. Pitched around 70.
Is this normal? I've never done a starter this large. Did all the stars align for the perfect fermentation?
