Im making a bunch of different fruit ciders for the summer, im thinking of hopping an apple cider.
I haven't been able to find a recipe for 1 gallon including a hop addintion, only for 5 gallons. Most of them call for 50g, would I perhaps try 10g? If so, what hop should I use. I have just picked up a pound each of cascade, centenial and columbus. Anyone have any great experiences with these? Any combos?
Thanks!

10 grams works great if you like the taste of IPA, taste good upon racking, right away, will be trying a smaller hop addition in a strawberry cider very soon
