So I have the following ingrediants on hand and was thinking about brewing up a batch this weekend. The question is what should I make? Please feel free to be creative and share your thoughts. I dont mind running out and grabbing a few extras to make it special.
Briess DME
5.0 lbs Sparkling Amber
1.0 lbs Bavarian Wheat
1.0 lbs Pilsner
1.0 lbs Golden light
Speciality grains
0.25 oz. Briess Cherrywood Smoked malt
0.50 oz Vienna Malt (LB 3.4-6)
0.75 oz Belgian Aromatic (LB 17-21)
0.50 oz English two row crystal (LB 53-72)
Hops Pellets
0.5 oz Norther Brewer Alpha 8.6%
0.5 oz Tetnang Alpha 3.5%
0.5 oz Saaz Alpha 4%
0.75 oz Styrian goldings Alpha 3.8%
1.0 oz Bitter Orange Peel
1.0 0z Corriander
Irish moss
lactose
Oak chips
Yeast
Harvested WP0004 Irish Ale
Harvested WLP005 Brittish Ale mixed with Wyeast 1028 London ale (used in a high gravity porter)
