So, I'm going to do my first 10gal batch this weekend. I checked my stock and came up with this recipe. Let me know your thoughts. I haven't decided on the yeast yet but i have US-05 and Wyeast 1056 on hand.

Do you think one smack pack of 1056 and a starter will cut it?

id ditch one of those crystal malts, 16% is way too much for an IPA.

1056 + a starter will be fine. I'd consider fermenting half with S-05 and half with the 1056 starter tho. there is a slight difference
 
This is how the final recipe came out. It's in primary now, I'll let you know how it turns out.
