Default Pre-Made Sparge Manifold??

OK, so I have searched extensively... read many many pages about various sparge manifolds, and had very bad luck with the couple of SS Braid variations that I've tried. I'd like to upgrade to a copper manifold that will fit in my round 10g cooler but don't have the time or equipment to bend and cut the pipe myself. I feel like there MUST be a commercially available sprage manifold out there somewhere, but I haven't been able to find one.

So, does anyone make one? Where can I buy it?? Thanks!!!
