well racked it today into the carboy and thought id share a few pics..

way to go girl.. it tastes good and im proud that she did a good job.. she did almost all of this completely on her own while i sat back and supervised! LOL..

shes definately proud of it!

pretty proud of her.. she did all this practically on her own.. picked out the recipe.. and brewed it herself..

tastes pretty good too!

I'd watch having your carboy upside down on the counter. Wouldn't take much to have an accident there.

Wish I could find a special lady friend that could do that....

Oh, that carboy on its end like that kinda freaks me too...

I stand mine upside down in a box with a clean towel in the bottom...

oh i was draining it in the back corner.. needless to say it was propped up at the top by the papertowel holder and i moved the stuff from in front of it to take the pic..i dont move far from it when im drying it!

thanks.. im totally looking forward to keggin it up and drinkin it!!!

I have all my carboys in their own milk crate.

I also place several layers of cardboard inside the crates for insulation and padding.

When drying, I usually place a piece of paper towel partially inside the carboy and turn it upside down in the crate.
