Wtf am I going to do? I was going to do my first all grain this weekend. Don't have a mill...

Might have to order one!

How about running it over with the truck?! I read on here that "crushed" grains from kits were bad, but give me a break. 50% are still intact. I'm pretty pissed...

Rolling pin gets my vote.

For future reference, I've always been happy with the Brewmasters Warehouse crush. It gets about 70% for me, while my LHBS which has quite a nice crush gets me 72%.

I suppose you wouldn't know where to find a beer bottle. They work fairly well to crush grain.

Buy the mill, that way you can buy grain in bulk and not worry about someone else not crushing your grains well.
