I have this recipe that I have done with an extract and it was great but i would like to make it just a little bit less bitter and more refreshing. what hops should I sub with. This will be my first all grain. I got all my stuff installed and I now have the go ahead to order my grains. zippy do da
Here is the recipe
8½ lbs American Pale Malt
1 lb Munich Malt
6 oz Crystal 60°L
1 oz Sterling pellets 6% for 60 minutes
1 oz Vanguard pellets 4.4% for 10 minutes
1 oz Vanguard pellets 4.4% for 1 minute
1 oz Sterling pellets 6% dry hopped for 2 weeks in the secondary (or in the keg)
Wyeast 2450 Denny's Favorite Ale yeast
OG: 1.054, FG: 1.014, IBU: 34, SRM: 7, ABV: 5.2%
