Default Dry Hopping
Ok, I just picked up a True Brew IPA kit, it has Chinook hops for bittering and cascade for aroma, I bought an extra oz. of cascade hop plugs to dry hop with, my question is when do I add them? Thanks.

Add them after you rack to secondary and once fermentation is basically over.
