Have you tried looking through the recipe section of HBT? There a million ideas right there.
Yes tons of them, all using way more than my BIAB limit of 11#. I'll just sub a late addition of DME. But how do I calculate my boil gravity?

.5#. Carapils
.5#. Special B
2#. DME lite. Late addition
Beer smith puts it at: OG 1.057. FG 1.014 boil gravity 1.031
I suspect my boil gravity would be lower since my DME is a late addition, true?
My pumpkin will also be mashed
Any advice?
