Im brewing in the morning. Just realized I'm out of Phosphoric Acid. LHBS doesnt carry it. What can I get my hands on quickly to acidify my sparge water??

Maybe a bit of citric acid, i do it and it works well, dont over do it though

If I'm not mistaken, isn't star San phosphoric acid?

Can I buy citric acid at the grocery store? Or are you talking about lemon juice?

Most brew stores carry citric acid, or at least here in the UK they do, as it is a brewing aid, ferments seem more aggressive when its used though i find
