Sanyo Kegerator BC-1206...?!

Hi all. I got the Sanyo BC-1206 and tonight started assembling it, or rather unpacking and looking at all the parts. I wonder if anyone can let me know if there are any gotchas or specific things I need to watch out for? I got the dual faucet http://www.beveragefactory.com/refrigerators/beer/bc1206-2.shtml and it came (apparently) with all the hardware I need for my corny kegs but there are no instructions and the people at the beveragefactory were not terribly helpful! I have, for example two black washers but I have no idea where they go - they don't quite fit in the faucets... almost...!

Any advice on getting this thing put together would be *really* great!

I'm assuming the tower came stock with sanke couplers? The washers are probably for where your beer hose connects to the sanke coupler.
