But from there I have no idea what to do to set it up!

little nut and tail piece screw onto BLACK ball lock, Black for beer, grey for gas, other tap beer comes out the top gas goes in the side. you need hose Gas and beer, what else

Im assuming that your kegerator already has gas and beer lines inside with the proper connections. If so then just do what popeiam said.
If not, then you need to by some gas and beer lines. Also, you may need a couple more nuts and hose fittings (same as what you are showing in the picture) so you can connect them to the Sanke coupler. LHBS for the win!
