Hey All-

I'm hoping that someone out there will have more experience in this than I do.

I am looking to replace the Low Pressure gauge on my regulator. The one I have right now is a 0-60 psi and it is really hard to accurately set my pressure to 14 psi because the way that it is measured out and the way the gauge reads. So I was thinking that I would be able to just buy a new Low Pressure gauge that is 0-30 psi and solve my problem.

My only concern is that my solution seems way to simple! Would this really work, or should I buy a whole new regulator?

Thanks!

You can switch them out pretty easy. Just make sure you get the correct thread (right vs. left, depends on the regulator) and that there are no leaks (this comes from personal experience).

Any low pressure gage with a 1/4" thread should work. Check pool supply places. The low pressure ports are right-hand threads, the high-pressure one, left.
