Default Rebuilding a Taprite Regulator

Does anyone have a how to (or just the instruction sheet) for a Taprite regulator rebuild? I'm trying to decide if I want to rebuild mine or buy a new one and be done with it.

You get a breakdown in the rebuild kit it's fairly easy. I done enough that I can rebuild in about 2 minutes

I understand they send the instructions with the kit, but I'd like to know what I'm getting into before I commit to it. A brief breakdown of the process would be helpful.
