I just checked a chart that said in at 55 F (like my garage) I should slow force carb at 19 psi for two weeks.

That kind of seems about right... a bit less then 30 psi, but the garage is much cooler then room temp so that would make sense for the adjustment.

My Keezer gets setup this Saturday; I have two kegs that I have that have each had 3 of those small co2 nublets enjected into them.

I went ahead today and blew off the co2 that was in there and hit each keg with 30 psi. Will see how it goes on Saturday night when I chill, depressurize and hit it with about 12 psi.
