Default gas regulator question

im getting ready to start my keg setup and i noticed my regulator gauges are different from most that ive seen online there are two. the high pressure(how much is in the tank) and the gas exiting the tank gauge. the tank pressure is in psi and but the exit pressure is in cfh and lpm is there any way to read or convert this or should i try and get a psi gauge for it? thanks im baffled if anyone has any answers.

You picked up a welding regulator set. I think you should be able to put a psi gauge on the output instead of the flow rate meter.
