Hey Ed this is probaly the wrong place for this question but this will be my first attempt at kegging. You said that you use 12 pounds of pressure for about a week, when you do this do you shake up the keg at all or just let it sit a week at pressure?
 
That's the beauty of taking a week. Just hook it up to gas at 12 psi and wait. No shaking needed, just patience.
