Does every mini fridge have a 'Hot' line on the top?

I am trying to convert a Sanyo 4433s to a kegerator so any help with 'how refrigerators work' is appreciated.I know others have successfully put in a tower on this model but if this unit has a freezer tray that delivers the cold for the fridge, does that mean it wouldn't have a 'hot' line across the top? (line that feeds the freezer tray comes in through rear)

The top of the fridge does not feel hot like the sides which are noticeably warm to the touch and as the sides go to the top of the unit, they get less and less warm. Could this mean that there are no 'hot' lines I would have to worry about drilling into when putting in my tower?

I guess I am just curious if some makes and models of mini fridges do not have any wires on the top and do not need to be worried about?

Any input is appreciated!
