Some of my curiosities.

Im curious what would happen if you pitched 2 yeasties at the same time. Would they both impact it in different ways, or would one just over power the other? Obviously it would depend on the yeast but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with doing this.

i tried this once, blacked out pretty much immediately and woke up the day before i did it. never do that again, i'll tell you that for free!
