You could turn it into an apfelwein, which it pretty much already is. Cold crash it, stabilize it with chemicals, then add some sugar to take some of the bite out of the alcohol, and let it age 6 months with no carbonation.
The absolute best thing you can do with fresh cider if you want it alcoholic and you want it right now, is to heat it up with some mulling spices and fortify it with Tennessee Whiskey. It's simple, it's delicious, and it gets you drunk.
