what do you do with the fruits after racking to secondary?
is there any use that you can put the fruits to? it seems such a waste to throw so much fruits away. and they seemed to be soaked with mead...

Yummy! Great on breakfast cereal!!
Seriously, I taste all the spent fruits from my mead batches - usually there has been so much extracted from them that they aren't exactly overwhelming any more, so they go into my compost heap.

I always add my fruit in the secondary so that there is more time for the mead to be on the fruit.
