Hello everyone,
I have just got into kegging and I want to keg one of my lastest beers. The problem is the beer has been sitting for a month in the frist place. "form orginal pitch date" I'm getting 2 Kegs for X-mas and I can't use them until then..

So the real question is should I just bottle my Brown Ale at 6.5%:D
or should i just wait to keg my frist beer?

Thanks,
Martin form Reno

Christmas is only a few weeks away. It won't hurt your beer to leave it sit for a few more weeks till you can keg it.

yeah, what bernie said...unless you were really really looking forward to enjoying your brown ale on christmas day itself. Remember it will take a few days to force carb and longer if you're plannin' on conditioning in the keg itself.
OT...i think web noobies are pretty rare these days...i still can't get over how we ever living without it: pretty cool huh?
