Hello from Long Island NY

A buddy and I have just started home brewing and its already become an addiction. We have just bottled a Belgium Cherry Wheat and are now planning on starting either a Grand Cru or Kwak type of beer.

I have since purchased The Complete Joy of Homebrewing by Charles Papazian and have been reading like a religion..

I came across this site while searching for recipes and it looks like there is a TON of info here to sift through.
