Howdy,
New homebrewer from Victoria, BC, Canada.
Just started after snagging some gear in a garage sale in April.
Bottled a very nice extract and mash Amber Ale two weeks ago (I carboy aged it/got busy and couldnt bottle it for almost 4 weeks in the secondary, so its currently drinkable (quite nice actually!)
I started a honey ale last weekend, and this weekend its sister the honey-ginger is going to take its place in the #1 Primary.
already built my first counter-flow chiller, and now I'm looking around for some rhizomes to plant for next-year.
